About Us

At Buttermilk Creek Kennels, we raise healthy, beautiful Miniature Goldendoodles and Shihpoos in a clean, friendly, and caring environment.

Our kennel is in the heart of the Ottawa Valley, near Cobden, Ontario, and is independently owned and operated by us: Julie & James.

We are not associated with any other kennels or breeders.

We take great pride in properly caring for our dogs and sending healthy puppies to new homes.

All puppies are under the care of our veterinarian and are vaccinated before they are sold.

Our health guarantee ensures that you receive a healthy puppy. All puppies must be checked by your licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of purchase.

We have a comprehensive health and wellness program for all our dogs that includes proper exercise & nutrition plus regular health checks and vaccinations with our veterinarian.

We are “Hands On” owners, working everyday in the kennel to ensure our dogs have the best life possible. We love our dogs and love taking care of them.

Our dogs enjoy in-floor heating in the cooler months and central air conditioning when the weather gets warm plus we have 175 acres that we use for daily exercise and conditioning.
